An active Inner Wheel member since 2002, she served as President of Inner Wheel Club of Kolhapur in 2015–16 and was elected District Editor in 2019–20. Over the years, she has held several key positions in District 317 and has led humanitarian projects worth crores, creating a significant impact on the community. She served as the District Chairman for the year 2025–26.Utkarsha is married to PDG Rtn. Sangram Patil and is blessed with two children.
