Dear Inner Wheel Members,
Lets welcome April a vibrant month with festivals - Poila Boishak,
Baisakhi, Puthandu, Vishu, Bohag Bihu and Pana Sankranti. Festivals are
occasions to empower ourselves in the course of humanity - they are the
occasions to rekindle the promise of humanity in our heart.
Inner Wheel calendar for April is buzzing with the activities. April stands as
a significant month dedicated to creating awareness on cyber crime.
Awareness is our first line of defence in ensuring safety in this evolving
landscape.
On behalf of the Association of Inner Wheel Clubs in India, I extend my
heartiest congratulations to the newly elected team of IIW Executives and
IIW Board Directors for the year 2026–27. We convey our special best
wishes to PIIWT Sarita Lunani on being elected as IIW Vice President, to
Dr.Rashmi Sharma on continuing as IIW Treasurer and to Patricia Hilton on
continuing as IIW CC for the year 2026–27.
Change is the only constant, and time truly flies. I feel a sense of nostalgia reflecting on my own journey — from preparing for my role as Association President at ICI in Visakhapatnam last year, to now attending the ICI of Incoming Association President Elect Vinutha Harish in Chennai, hosted
by District 323. ICI Vinyasa was thoughtfully curated for the incoming
District Chairmen of 2026–27. The programme was enriched by
knowledgeable sessions delivered by an excellent faculty and the
Association Executive Committees of both years, making it a truly
meaningful and empowering experience. A big congratulations to the
new team of 2026-27 as they prepare to take the baton forward.
For me, this month has been one of mixed emotions. Alongside our
collective efforts and achievements, I have experienced a personal loss
in my family. In this moment of grief, I remain deeply grateful to my Inner
Wheel family for standing beside me with unwavering support,
compassion, and strength.

Dear Friends , We still have another 75 days of action to set new
landmarks and milestones and leave a legacy of good work and service.
I acknowledge and appreciate the consistent and constant efforts of all
club presidents under the dynamic leadership of 27 District Chairmen to
rise above the situation. I congratulate all District Chairmen for adding
75 new clubs so far to the Association. Plan the last quarter of the IW
year 2025-26 with passion in hearts and a clear vision to fulfill all your
dreams. There are blessings every day. Find them. Create them.
