Dr. Padmini Kabalimurthy is a leading obstetrician-gynecologist in Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu. She pursued under graduation in medicine in the prestigious Madras Medical College, and went on to complete her post graduation in obstetrics and gynecology at Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore after getting married to Dr. J. Kabalimurthy a general surgeon, laparoscopist and endoscopist. She then joined her mother in private practice, and in the service of the community. She has two daughters, both gynecologists, Labroscopist & IVF specialist. Elder daughter is married to an orthopedician & spine surgeon and they are blessed with a daughter. Over the years Dr. Padmini Kabalimurthy has several notable achievements. She was an active past secretary of Indian Medical Association, Chidambaram branch. She has presented scientific papers in women doctors association, conducted many medical camps, participated in World Breast feeding week programs, health awareness campaigns for the public, school and college students. She was born and brought up in temple town Chidambaram, she is a Bharathanatyam dancer and carnatic singer. She has been successfully running a subsidised and tailoring institute for women the past 5 years in her native village, so far benefitting 250 women. She was the Indian ambassador for the world Saiva council, and has done several presentations at various countries about the life of the Hindu Saints. She has produced and released in several countries an animated CD on the life of 63 Hindu Saints for first time in the World. She has been conducting "paruvathe payir sei" a two day program for the school children, imparting moral values, patriotism and traditional culture in and around her town with the help of eminent speakers. Born as a rotary Annet, her journey in Inner wheel started from her childhood. She has been an active member of Inner Wheel for the past 3 decades. After successfully serving in all the posts at the club level successfully, she became the district level editor in the year 2020, following which she served as district ISO, secretary and vice chairman. The ISO rally under her leadership was a huge success. She has been contributing for GREF in her District for girl students every year. Friendship and benevolence have been the two guiding lights throughout her journey in Inner wheel.

Bindu Gupta, District Chairman (2025-26) of District 305, is a renowned educationist, Principal of GSS School, and dedicated social worker. Born and raised in Bikaner, she holds dual masters degrees: an M.Sc. in Botany and an M.Ed. in Education. Her Inner Wheel journey commenced in 2012 as ISO at the club level, from where she progressed to Secretary and then Club President (2015-16). During her presidency, the club received two trophies and 21 certificates, notably including the Best Club President award. She also successfully completed six Happy School projects, the highest number achieved during her tenure. Following a highly successful year as president, she advanced to the district level, making her the first from her club to enter district leadership – a historic achievement for her club. She served as District ISO of District 305 in 2020-21, and subsequently held various posts including District Editor, District Treasurer, District Secretary, and District Vice Chairman, ultimately culminating in her current role as District Chairman. Bindu was widely applauded for her rendition of the Inner Wheel song at a multi-district event, earning significant praise and recognition for District 305. She excels at promoting children, particularly those with special abilities, and is dedicated to empowering women and girls through education and environmental protection. Her unwavering hard work has garnered recognition from the Rajasthan Rajyamantri, the District Collector, and the Education Director. Beyond her Inner Wheel commitments, Bindu possesses experience as a radio station announcer and speaker. She is a devoted mother of three lovely children: her elder daughter, Vidhi, and son-in-law, Shreyas, are settled in Germany, both employed as product leaders after completing their MBAs her younger daughter, Ira, works as a Project Analyst in Noida and her son, Anuj, is currently studying at Punjab University, Chandigarh. Her husband, Rtn Pradeep Kumar Gupta, a dedicated businessman and fellow Rotarian, has been a significant driving force behind her success. Both are National player of Badminton. Mr. Pradeep and her children—Vidhi, Ira, and Anuj—have consistently been her strong pillars of support. Vidushi Shabari Kadidal was born and raised in Shimoga. Rotary and InnerWheel has been a part of her life since childhood. Her father Rtn. Kadidal Gopal, a charter member of Shimoga East. Her mother Late Mrs. Shobha Kadidal who is a charter President of Inner Wheel Club of Shimoga East, was the District Vice Chairman in 2010-11. Shabari did her schooling in Shimoga, and graduated in Nutrition and Dietetics from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore. She focussed on some high impact projects like Erected 17 fixed dustbins at the heart of Shimoga City. Very soon with her active participation she entered the District as District ISO as District Editor, she brought out 7 E- Bulletins, in a very innovative way with the inclusion of video clippings in between, which got the appreciation of many, even at the Association level. In 2022-23 she served as the District Treasurer, in 23-24 as District Secretary, and in 24-25 as District Vice Chairman. Leena Jayakumar from District 321 lives in Trivandrum and currently serves as the District Chairman. Her journey is shaped by three masters degrees — an MA in English from India, an MSW from Canada, and an MBA from Abu Dhabi. Having lived across India, the UAE, and Canada for 25 years, she brings a rich cultural perspective that helps her connect with people in meaningful ways. She joined Inner Wheel in 2006, but from 2015 onwards, her involvement became her passion, purpose, and extended family. She held post of Club ISO, Club Treasurer, twice as Club Secretary and twice as Club President. She also served twice as CGR and CLCC . Meticulously working in her posts in Club, she received Outstanding and Efficient Secretary award, Best Treasurer. She received Best President and Best Club award in both her Presidentship years. She attended approximately 13 District Assemblies, 12 District Conferences and several District Rallies and Inter City Meet. She attended the Shatabdi Celebration when IIW President Trish Douglas visited D325 in 2024. She attended EZM Confetti at Kolkata. She was in charge of Registration of East Zone Meet SYMPHONY IN 2022. In 2024 Goonj she was actively involved as Vice Chairman. I am Madhusmita Tripathy, the 41st District Chairman of Inner Wheel District 326 and a proud member of the Inner Wheel Club of Shri Jagannath Dham, Puri. Born on January 8th and raised in Kolkata, the City of Joy, Seema Sonthalia grew up in a privileged joint family as the youngest among six siblings. From a young age, she was drawn to social service, and reaching out to the underprivileged came naturally to her. She recognized early on the power of collective efforts and their profound impact. Her association with the Inner Wheel Club of Calcutta Mahanagar since 2010 was a natural extension of her passion, marking her commitment to selfless service. Throughout her journey in Inner Wheel, Seema has held various leadership roles, including that of Club President. She has spearheaded several impactful initiatives, such as: The Cleanathon project, promoted through street plays (Nukkad Natak). The creation of the " Happy School" at Jagatpur Free Primary School. A transformative project to build a play area for specially-abled children at the Nivedita Centre, Institute of Child Health. Introducing the Jumble Sale concept. Seema joined the District Executive Committee in 2020-21 and has since served in various capacities, gaining extensive leadership experience. In 2021, during the COVID pandemic, while serving as District ISO, she organized the first-ever digital Rally cum Exhibition, "Uphoria," which was a grand success and a significant milestone in her Inner Wheel journey. She has attended three Triennials in Hyderabad, Kolkata, Varanasi and Delhi and also represented her club as a voting delegate in both Varanasi and Delhi. Additionally, she has attended the installations of PIIWD Mamta Gupta, PAP Preeti Gugnani, and PAP Sunita Jain, actively participating in cultural programs, zonal meets, and association events. Besides Inner Wheel, Seema has been associated with Loreto Rainbow and Concern for Kolkata, contributing to initiatives aimed at uplifting underprivileged communities. Seema Sonthalia, wife of Rotarian Mahesh Sonthalia, is a loving and devoted mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother. Her granddaughter, Siya, and Krishanya bring immense joy to her life, filling her days with laughter and love. She ensures that her home is always a haven of warmth, happiness, and togetherness.Beyond her family role, Seema has a deep passion for cooking and baking, delighting in creating delicious treats for her loved ones. Her enthusiasm also extends to the stage—she loves to dance and has a strong passion for acting, having actively participated in theater productions.
