Leena Jayakumar of District 321, based in Trivandrum, is the District Chairman for the Inner Wheel year 2025–26, known for her compassionate leadership and clarity of vision.

She holds three master’s degrees—English from India, MSW from Canada, and an MBA from Abu Dhabi—reflecting strong academic grounding and global exposure. Having lived across India, the UAE, and Canada for over 25 years, she brings a rich cultural understanding to her work.

She joined Inner Wheel in 2006 and became actively involved from 2015, where she found her true calling in service and leadership. Fluent in Malayalam and Tamil, she connects seamlessly with members across the diverse District 321. As District Chairman, she has led the district to remarkable heights, spearheading impactful initiatives including large-scale cervical cancer vaccination drives and meaningful community outreach programmes.

She also serves as a resource person for the Family Planning Association of India (Trivandrum Chapter) and is a committee member of the Hindu Mahila Mandir.

She believes in leading with humility, serving with heart, and creating an environment where every member feels valued, inspired, and empowered.
