Sonal Bansal holds qualifications in B.Com (Hons), C.S. (Intermediate), M.C.M. (Computer Integrated Management), and an Advanced Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations. She has been associated with Inner Wheel since 2002 and has served the organization with dedication, excellence, and passion. She served as National Editor of the Association of Inner Wheel Clubs in India (2023–24) and released 22 publications.

She has also served as Faculty- Chairman o Institute “Zenith.” In 2023-24 and ICI “Vinyasa” 2026-27. Her notable recognitions include President Par-Excellence, Best Treasurer, ISO Queen, and Best CGR, along with numerous awards for outstanding service. She was privileged to serve as Host Aide to 10 International Presidents with Association Presidents at Agra.

Her district leadership journey includes District Editor (2012–13), District ISO (2013–14), District Treasurer (2014–15), District Secretary (2015–16), District ESO (2016–17), District Vice Chairman (2017–18), and District Chairman (2018–19). During her tenure as District Chairman, she led the installation of 385 sanitary pad vending machines and achieved SUPREME STAR RILM recognition for 85 Happy Schools. She also facilitated 153 Asha Kiran contributions. She has attended four Association Council Meetings and participated in 29 Assemblies, 23 Conferences, and five Triennials as a Voting Delegate. She also represented her district at the 18th International Convention as a Voting Delegate. She is a regular participant in Association Zonal Meets and MDRs. She has attended the installations of several Association Presidents across India, reflecting her commitment to the growth and unity of Inner Wheel.
